Nitish Kumar Meeting: CM Nitish Kumar Shows Strict Attitude on Rising Crime in Bihar, Calls High-Level Meeting with Officials

A high-level meeting with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the state’s Director General of Police (DGP), and officials from the Home Department has begun. The meeting started after CM Nitish Kumar launched an app. The discussion in this meeting is focused on law and order in the state. CM Nitish Kumar is taking feedback from the DGP about the Navada incident. This meeting has been called internally.

DGP and Home Department Officials Present in the Meeting

In the meeting, CM Nitish Kumar is discussing the law and order situation related to the Navada incident with the DGP and officials from the Home Department. He has instructed them to improve law and order, control crime, and ensure that criminals are brought to justice as quickly as possible.

Opposition Attacks on Crime Issue

It is important to note that the Navada fire incident has caused a political uproar across the country. The opposition is targeting the Nitish government over this incident. CM Nitish has given strict instructions to the officials regarding the matter. Leader of the Opposition, Tejashwi Yadav, is continuously attacking the Nitish government over the rising crime in the state. He is using social media platform ‘X’ to release crime bulletins and criticize the government. Currently, there is heated political debate over crime in Bihar, with both the government and opposition making allegations against each other.

Meanwhile, the Nitish government is seen taking action with officials. There have been several rapid transfers and postings of IAS and IPS officers recently. The government has issued multiple transfer-posting lists this month, and hundreds of officials have been transferred so far, creating a stir among officials.
