It contains many nutrients. People like to eat sprouts for healthy dieting. People prefer to buy sprouts from the market so that they do not have to prepare them at home. Take whole moong dal and black gram and wash them with clean water.

Mix moong dal and gram and soak them in clean water in separate vessels.

Soak both for 8 to 10 hours, leave it overnight.

In the morning, take both out of the water and spread them on separate cotton or muslin cloths.

Now tie both the sprouts in a cloth and keep them in a warm place.

Keep in mind, before keeping the sprouts, wet the cloth and keep it in a warm place. – Keep wetting the cloth in between.

Do not keep the cloth in the sun or fan air. Keep it in a closed place.

After about 12 hours, good sprouts will come out in moong and after about 14 hours in gram.

Your sprouts are ready, you can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge and eat it throughout the week.

How to make sprouts tasty

If you want to make tasty sprouts, then take out moong dal and chana in a bowl and mix them.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes, green chillies, onions and coriander leaves to it.

Add lemon, chaat masala and salt to the sprouts. Now your spicy sprouts are ready.

If you do not like raw sprouts, then you can also boil them for 1 to 2 whistles and eat them.

If you want, you can also eat sprouts by adding finely chopped apple pieces and pomegranate seeds to them.
