Mia Khalifa : Former adult film actress Mia Khalifa has sparked debate with her comments on X, formerly known as Twitter, about the war between Israel and Gaza.

“Can someone ask the Palestinian freedom fighters  to turn their phones and shoot horizontally,” Khalifa tweeted on Saturday, the 7th.

Khalifa’s message did not go down well with people on social media. So much so that he was fired from a business deal with Canadian broadcaster and radio host Todd Shapiro.

Shapiro, who was in the process of signing with Mia Khalifa, announced that he was ending their arrangement immediately.”Mia Khalifa, this is really a terrible tweet. Be fired right away. Just repulsive. Nothing but awful. Please become a better person as you become older. It’s absolutely absurd that you support rape, beatings, killing, and hostage-taking. Words cannot express how ignorant you are. People must unite, particularly in the midst of catastrophe. I hope and pray that you grow as a person. But it seems like it’s too late for you, obviously,” Shapiro X wrote. “I would say that supporting Palestine cost me business opportunities, but I’m more angry with myself for not checking whether I was doing business with Zionists or not,” Ms. Khalifa said in response to the news. My error.”

He also clarified his controversial and apparently “scary” tweet in the post: “I just want to clarify that this statement in no way encourages the spread of violence, I specifically said freedom fighters, because that’s what  Palestinian citizens… are fighting for freedom. every. day.”

Khalifa explained in a follow-up tweet: “I just want to make sure that there is 4K footage of my people destroying the walls of the outer prison where they are forced to leave their homes  so that we have a good chance to write in the history books as they were freed  from apartheid.” He then indirectly addressed Shapiro, saying: “See that your sad society lacks direction and purpose before you say my name again. I stand with all people who fight oppression, now and always, do your research before you ask me for an investment. I’m from Lebanon, are you crazy to expect me to  side with colonialism, you wicked idiot?”

Nearly 1,600 people died in the Hamas attack on Israel and the brutal counterattack.

“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a stern warning to Hamas. “Israel is at war. We did not want this war. It was forced upon us in the most brutal and cruel way. But even though Israel did not start this war, Israel will finish it,” he said.
