There is great news for the people of Noida. The Indian Government has approved the development of an Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) worth ₹417 crore. 📍 Where Will This Project Be Built?
This cluster will be developed by YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) in Sector-10 of Noida, covering 206.40 acres of land.
💬 What Did the Government Say?
Union Minister for IT and Electronics, Ashwini Vaishnaw, said that this project will attract an investment of around ₹2,500 crore and create more than 15,000 jobs.
🏭 What Will Be in This Cluster?
- The cluster will be connected by road, rail, and air for smooth transport.
- It will include flatted factories, anchor units, and electronics companies.
- There will be 68 industrial plots, where 350+ units can be set up.
🛠️ Companies Coming to Noida
- Havells India has already been allotted 50 acres of land.
- It will invest ₹800 crore.
- They will make fans, coolers, lights, bulbs, and cables.
- This will be the anchor company of the cluster.
