Indian Football Team is looking all geared up to fire in Asian Games :

The group was initially prohibited from competing in the Asian Games.The Indian football team is presently going through a rough period. In just four months, the Blue Tigers have won three consecutive international championships at home. And as a result, the Blue Tigers have received a lot of support and acclaim from their supporters.

The Indian Sports Ministry’s refusal to send the Indian national football teams to the forthcoming Asian Games, which will be hosted in PR China, did, however, cause things to derail. However, the ministry did approve India’s participation in the 19th Asian Games in response to several appeals from the fans and the AIFF.

To everyone’s amazement, the names of Sunil Chhetri, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, and Sandesh Jhingan were omitted from the list of players who had to submit their names to the official committee by July 15. These three veteran players will support the Blue Colts at the Asian Games, Khel Now earlier announced .

AIFF President Kalyan Chaubey promised supporters that the trio will be able to represent India at the Asian Games.The Olympic Council of Asia and the Asian Games committee have now approved the trio’s participation, the AIFF President announced to the supporters on Wednesday via his social media accounts.

At the 19th Asian Games, India In Group A of the 19th Asian Games, India was placed. The Blue Tigers are paired with the Chinese hosts, as well as the nearby nations of Bangladesh and Myanmar. In Group A, Igor Stimac’s team is rated second only to China, who are currently ranked 80th in the FIFA Rankings.

The President also let the supporters know that this would be India’s best showing at the Asian Games. Sunil Chhetri, who will be in charge of this side in China, will be hoping for a successful outcome and to disprove their detractors.

Goalkeepers Include : Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Gurmeet Singh, and Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem . 

Defenders Include: Sandesh Jhingan, Anwar Ali, Narender Gahlot, Lalchungnunga, Akash Mishra, Roshan Singh, and Ashish Rai . 

Midfielders: Naorem Mahesh Singh, Jeakson Singh Thounaojam, Suresh Singh Wangjam, Mapuia Ralte, Amarjit Singh Kiyam.

Forwards include : Sunil Chhetri, Siva Sakthi Narayanan, Rahim Ali, Aniket Jadhav, Vikram Partap Singh, and Rohit Danu.
