Vivek Agnihotri : Vivek Agnihotri’s statement came after Naseeruddin Shah spoke about the success of Gadar 2, The Kashmir Files and The Kerala Story.

Naseeruddin Shah became agitated after filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri  said in a recent interview that the popularity of Gadar 2, The Kerala Story and The Kashmir Files was “worrying”. Agnihotri, who is busy promoting his upcoming film “Vaccine War”, reacted to Shah’s comment and wondered if the veteran actor “loves terrorists” because he has acted in films that promote genocide.

In a recent Zoom interview, Agnihotri said that Shahi might be “disturbed” by the success of “The Kashmir Files as he feels he has “discovered the truth” about the film. She said: “People generally don’t like to be naked in front of people with other people’s art.  Agnihotri further claimed that Shah is “happy” making films that support genocide and does so “out of his belief or frustration”. The filmmaker also claimed, “For some reason, maybe he wants to support terrorists. I don’t even care what Naseer says because I have zero tolerance for terrorism, maybe he loves them.”

In another interview, Vivek Agnihotri  again questioned Naseeruddin Shah’s choice of films when he said, “He likes such films which always criticise India.” Speaking to Bollywood Life, the director added, “Some people are disappointed in their lives. They always believe in negative news and negative things, so I don’t know what Naseer bhai likes.” He also said that whatever Naseeruddin says is possibly because of his “age” or because he is “disappointed” in his life.

What Naseeruddin Shah said about  Kashmir files
