Ujjain Rape Case : Police in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain rape case on Thursday September 28 arrested four people and questioned an auto-rickshaw driver who is suspected to raped a 12-year-old child who was found lying  unconscious  in a pool of blood outside an ashram in Barnagar. two days ago . “It happened that the minor was from Jetvara police station area of ​​Satna and his grandfather was reported missing to the police station on September 24. He left  Satna on September 24 and reached Ujjain on September 25. Speaking, the police said. The lady said  she reached Madhya Pradesh Ujjain by bus but it is being checked. We are trying to get details about it by tracing the route,” said SP Sharma.  “All  circumstantial evidence has been collected and we are strengthening the chain of evidence,” he added. 

The young man’s family reached Indore from Satna, but could meet him only on Thursday afternoon. 

Meanwhile, the Jetpura police said  the minor’s mother had not lived with them since childhood and the father was mentally unstable. He lived in the village with his grandfather and elder brother and studied in class VIII. 

A 12-year-old girl, who was found lying  unconscious  in a pool of blood in front of an ashram in Barnagar in Ujjain district, was suspected to raped by unidentified people on Monday morning. On Wednesday, CCTV footage of  a half-naked and bleeding girl going door-to-door asking for help  in Murlipura district went viral on social media. 

The case created strong reactions from various quarters as Congress women’s cell leaders staged a protest at the police check post in Ujjain demanding death penalty to the accused and  compensation of Rs 1 crore to the victim.
