Samit Dravid, son of former Indian cricket star and coach Rahul Dravid, has been selected for the India Under-19 team. Samit has been picked for the multi-format series against the Australia Under-19 team. Here’s what Samit had to say about his selection.
In a video on Star Sports Kannada, Samit expressed his happiness, saying, “I am very happy to be selected. Thank you for all the good wishes. I feel great and have worked hard for this moment.”

The series will feature 3 One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and 2 four-day matches. The ODI series will start on September 21 and will be played in Puducherry. The four-day matches will begin on September 30 and will be held in Chennai. Samit has been included in both series. Recently, Samit played for Mysore Warriors in the Maharaja Trophy.
