In terms of design, there is almost no difference between the realme C51 and the realme C53, you can see its 7.99mm slim body weighing about 186 grams, which is exactly the same as its brother. It has a slim design and smooth edges that make it easy to hold and carry. The back has a stylish Glittery design and a two-tone reflective matte surface. It comes in two colour options – Mint Green and Carbon Black.

When you flip the phone over, you get a 6.74-inch IPS LCD screen with  HD resolution (1600 x 720 pixels) and  90 Hz refresh rate. Other display features include a 180Hz touch sampling rate,  90.3% screen-to-body ratio and a peak brightness of 560 nits. Additionally, it has a 90Hz screen that  improves the overall performance of the screen, the higher refresh rate increases the smoothness and responsiveness when interacting with the user interface.

There are three large camera modules on the back, one for a 50MP AI camera and a secondary depth camera, while the third is not a camera but an LED flash. The hole-punch selfie camera design at the top  of the screen is an optimization of the Mini Capsule  in the Realme UI T Edition,  first seen in the Realme C55.  The fingerprint is mounted on the right side of the power button next to the volume buttons, while the left side houses the dual-SIM card tray. Below is USB Type-C, speaker, microphone and  3.5 mm connection for headphones.
