Anulom-Vilom

This pranayama is very beneficial for people who have BP problems. By doing this, blood circulation improves. Do this every morning at home, it also reduces respiratory problems.

Tadasana
When you go for a walk, you feel energetic. Something similar happens by doing Tadasana also. When you do Tadasana, it improves the posture of the body and also removes fatigue from the body. If you have muscle pain, you get relief with the help of this yoga.

This yoga asana is beneficial for the lower part of the body. It strengthens the lower part of the body. By doing this, there is a lot of relief from back pain and the chest and back can also be stretched.

kapalbhati
Kapalbhati is the cure for any stomach related problem. It strengthens your digestive system. This removes problems like gas, acidity and constipation. Besides, it helps in better functioning of lungs and liver. You have to do these yoga asanas for 10 minutes in the morning and this will remove the fatigue of the whole day and you will feel refreshed.
