Anulom-Vilom

This pranayama is very beneficial for people who have BP problems. By doing this, blood circulation improves. Do this every morning at home, it also reduces respiratory problems.

Tadasana
When you go for a walk, you feel energetic. Something similar happens by doing Tadasana also. When you do Tadasana, it improves the posture of the body and also removes fatigue from the body. If you have muscle pain, you get relief with the help of this yoga.

kapalbhati
Kapalbhati is the cure for any stomach related problem. It strengthens your digestive system. This removes problems like gas, acidity and constipation.
