Hero Glamour 125 : Hero MotoCorp has updated its premium commuter Glamour 125 for 2023 in India. The updated model is priced at Rs 82,348 for the drum brake variant and Rs 86,348 for the disc brake trim (both prices are ex-showroom). The company has  updated the motorcycle mainly in terms of functions and ergonomics.

Hero has equipped the new Glamor 125 with a digital instrument cluster that displays all relevant information like live gauges. Riders now also have  a mobile phone charging port to fully charge their smartphones. Another smart feature that the Glamor already had on the motorcycle is the idle start-stop system that automatically shuts off the engine after being idle for a few seconds. This feature helps improve fuel efficiency.

For added comfort, Hero MotoCorp has also shortened the rider’s seat height by 8mm and the bike’s seat height by 17mm  to make getting on and off the bike easier. In addition, the bike’s fuel tank  is flatter and the one-piece seat is wider than the previous model. Apart from these changes, the other characteristics of the bike remain unchanged.

It is still powered by a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 10.72bhp at 7500 rpm and 10.6Nm at 6000 rpm. This engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. Supported by a diamond-type frame, it rides on 18-inch alloy wheels  suspended by telescopic forks and double coil springs. As for the colour options available, Hero has presented the bike in three colour options – Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue-Black and Sports Red-Black.
