Hero 12 Black was recently launched in India. It has HDR support for 5.3K and 4K videos, vertical capture mode, advanced HyperSmooth 6.0 stabilisation, GP Log LUTS, wireless audio recording and up to four Bluetooth devices. Equipped with a GP2 processor and 1/1.9-inch sensor, it has a longer-lasting 1720mAh battery and a wider 177-degree field of view with Max Lens Mod 2.0.

Hero 12 Black starting price in India is Rs. 45,000 for the standard version. If you opt for the Creators Edition, it will be priced at Rs. 65,000. This Creators Edition comes with accessories like Media Mod, Light Mod and Volta grip. The Hero 12 Black is available in a single colour, which is black, but with blue dots on the body and “12 Black” text on the side.
Starting September 13, the Hero 12 Black will be available across prominent online and offline retailers in India, with pre-orders starting today. As part of this launch, the Hero 11 Black is now being offered at a discounted price, while the Max Lens Mod 2.0 should be available at the end of November.

The Hero 12 Black introduces several important improvements. For starters, GoPro has included HDR support for video recording in both 5.3K and 4K resolutions.
