100 medal Asian Games : India defeated defending champions Iran in a controversial men’s kabaddi final to win the Asian Games gold medal on Saturday (October 7). The Indian men’s cricket team, meanwhile, won the gold after the final was washed out due to rain. Afghanistan had to settle for  silver as India was awarded  gold for their higher position in the event. In badminton, Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy created history by winning India’s first badminton gold medal  at the Asian Games. In women’s ice hockey, India defeated Japan 2-1 in the bronze medal match. Deepak Punia was knocked out in the 86kg freestyle final, while both the men’s,  men’s and women’s teams were successful in chess as India added three silver medals. 

100 medal Asian Games : Two medals in chess 

India did it! The return is now 107 and a silver medal in both men’s and women’s team  chess. 

100 medal Asian Games : Kabaddi Supremacy 

The Indian men’s kabaddi team won the title after an hour-long contest to reclaim the Asian Games title. They defeated defending champions Iran 33–29 in a controversial final that was temporarily suspended. The women’s team held on and defeated the country’s 100th medalist Chinese Taipei 26-25 in a dramatic final. 

100 medal Asian Games :Bronze in Women’s Hockey

India beat Japan 2-1 in the third-place final to clinch the bronze medal in women’s hockey at the Asian Games. 

100 medal Asian Game :Gold for India! 

The match was suspended and India won the gold medal thanks to a higher ranking. Afghanistan settled for silver. Gold in both men’s and women’s cricket. 

Asian Games medal : Satwik-Chirag Road History!

History is being made here in Hangzhou! India’s Satwik Sairaj Rankireddy, Chirag Shetty beat the South Korea pair to win gold in Men’s Badminton doubles. This is India’s first gold at the Asian Games.
